Inspired by 6changes.com, I've decided that in 2010 instead of my New Year's resolution to take 6 healthy habits that will change my life. I think this is better because now I can really give shape to previously vague goals like "a healthier life".

  • Exercise daily
  • Wake up at 6am
  • 3 days/week without meat
  • Cook a new recepie every week
  • Read 2 marketing books per month
